Beacon Hose will host our annual carnival and parade from June 27-29 — it’s our department’s 125th anniversary! We hope for the support of local businesses and organizations to help make our biggest fundraiser a success, and we hope you will consider our sponsorship opportunities for Beacon Falls’ biggest event.
Donations are tax-deductible and result in high, positive visibility for your business. Sponsors will receive recognition on advertising signs, display on our menu message boards, mention on our social media (which reaches an audience of more than 60,000 supporters, including thousands of local residents), and much more. Our sponsorship levels include:
- BRONZE ($150-$299): Name on bronze sponsorship boards; inclusion on digital menus; social media recognition.
- SILVER ($300-$499): All bronze-level perks; name on silver sponsorship boards.
- GOLD ($500-$749): All silver-level perks; name and logo on gold sponsorship boards; option to display your custom sign on carnival grounds; social media recognition with information about your organization.
- PLATINUM ($750-$999): All gold-level perks; name and logo on platinum sponsorship boards; option to display three custom signs throughout carnival grounds; public-address announcement recognition; option to enter a vehicle in the parade.
- DIAMOND ($1,000-$1,249): All platinum-level perks; name and logo on diamond sponsorship boards; option to display up to five custom signs throughout carnival grounds, including possible sponsorship of high-traffic areas such as the beer truck, the Riverview Backstage, and others; inclusion on Beacon Hose’s new LED street sign for one month leading up to the carnival.
- PRESENTING ($1,250+ — limited to four spots): All diamond-level perks; name and logo on presenting sponsorship boards; listing as presenting sponsor in all carnival advertising; option to set up table/booth throughout event.
- TITLE ($2,500 — SOLD OUT): This sponsorship level has already been claimed for this year’s event. If your business or organization is interested in becoming the title sponsor for next year’s event, please include this in your reply and/or contact us via the information below.
Our carnival attracts thousands of visitors from Beacon Falls and beyond. With your donation, you not only show our community that you support Beacon Hose, but it’s a great way to advertise. Our supporters notice your commitment to us — we know from experience. The event is a great time for the whole family, featuring rides, food, music, and more. We’re also bringing back our raffle with a grand prize of $10,000! Whether you can or can’t donate, we hope you can visit us this summer to celebrate our favorite tradition and our 125th anniversary.
Proceeds from our carnival help us give back to the community. We sponsor fire prevention programs, youth sports teams, scholarships for Long River Middle School and Woodland Regional High School students, local service organizations, less fortunate families during the holidays, a slew of community events, perks for our roster of 100-plus volunteers, and much more — sometimes including our own purchases of emergency equipment. Your support is critical to our efforts in keeping Beacon Falls a safe, informed, and enjoyable small-town community.
